Itinerary of the 5 Days tangier desert tour 

Day 1: Tangier – Chefchaouen

5 Days Tangier Desert Marrakech tour will begin by driving you either from the Airport or your hotel, toward one of the beautiful cities in the Rif Mountains, “Chefchaouen”, which is a small town, painted in blue and white, and where we will spend the night in a riad. You will be free if you wish to explore the city on your own.

Day 2: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fez

In our second day of 5 Days Tangier Desert Marrakech tour, we will continue to Volubilis, which is an archeological site of Roman ruins, then to the empirical city of Meknes, and Fez, where we will spend the night in a riad.

Day 3: Fez –  Merzouga Desert

After taking breakfast, we will drive to Merzouga. Along the road, we will visit Monkey’s in the Cedar forest of the amazing mountain village of Ifran, also called “The Switzerland of Morocco”, Berber villages at Azrou, Midelt (known for its lovely weather and mineral in summer), The Ziz Valley, Erfoud (known for palm and fossil), Rissani, where we will see the local souk, and enjoy the delicious Berber Pizza, until Merzouga Desert, where we are going to spend the night.

Day 4: Merzouga Desert ‘Todra Gorges‘ – Dades Gorges

Try to wake up early to see the beauty of the sun rising over Merzouga Dunes.After taking breakfast, we will drive to Dades Gorges to stay the night in the nomad yurts there. At Merzouga, we will have a ride, then we will continue visiting Todra Gorges,with its beautiful high rock walls, and have a walk there, Boulmane Dades to have lunch, Kelaat M’gouna (the Valley of Roses), The valley of numerous Kasbahs, and Skoura Oasis, until Dades Gorges.

Day 5: Dades Gorges – Ouarzazate – Marrakech

After taking breakfast, we will drive to Ouarzazate, to visit its local Kasbah, and the Atlas Film studio, then to the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, which has been a setting for many famous Hollywood films, and crossing the High Atlas Mountains, along with Tizi-N-Tichka mountain pass to reach Marrakesh, and finally driving you to the airport, where it marks the end of our tour.
