Detailed Itinerary of 10 Days Morocco Tour from Marrakech

Day 1: Arrival To Marrakesh – Transfert to the Hotel

in the first day of your 10 Days Morocco Tour from Marrakech, Our driver will greet you at the airport, depending on the time of your arrival. Then transfer you to your accommodation. You’ll have the day to relax, explore the main square Jemaa el Fnaa and the souks.

Day 2: Full Day To Visit Marrakesh

Our 10 Days Morocco Tour from Marrakech, will continue with an optional private Guided Tour of Marrakesh. To visit the Medina with an official guide. Day 3: Marrakesh – High Atlas Mountains – Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades

Our adventure will continue, from Marrakesh to Dades Gorges, crossing the Tizi-n-Tichka pass with far-reaching views across the mountains. Also to the traditional High Atlas Berber villages, Then we continue to visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Kasbah Ait Benhaddou. Therefore you will have lunch near the Kasbah, then we continue to Ouarzazate where you are going to visit the Taourirt Kasbah and the Studios Atlas. We continue to Dades gorges through Dades valley, we will spend the night in a raid/hotel in Dades Gorges

Day 4 : Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Jorf – Erfoud – Merzouga (Erg Chebbi Desert)

After a traditional breakfast, our journey will continue driving back through the valley. To see the amazing rock formation of  “the monkey toes”, and the still-standing 19th century Kasbah of Ait Yul.  Leaving the Dades valley towards Tinghir and the Todra valley, you’ll see the panoramic views of the old mud Berber villages overlooking the valley.

Arriving at the Gorge you’ll walk under the 300m high red cliff, where many rock-climbers come to enjoy their preferred sport. Continuing our trip to Erfoud and Rissani where we’ll have lunch. Afterward, we’ll leave directly to the village of Merzouga, You’ll be welcomed with a glass of mint tea before you check into your accommodation.

Day 5: Merzouga – Berber Families – Black Desert – Merzouga (Camel Ride & Night in Sahara)

The journey continues after breakfast in the hotel. You’ll start your exploitative adventure of the area, visiting the Khamlia village, originally slaves from Sudan to experience their music and lifestyle. Not far away there’s the lake of Merzouga, with its bird populations, including flamingos. You would like also to visit the nomad warehouse, where many Berber handicrafts are priced lower than in the big cities.

In the afternoon, the adventure will start by riding a camel, guided by an experienced Camel man, to explore inside the mysterious sand-sea of the Erg-Chebbi. At the Camp,  you will spend your first night under the stars, or if you prefer, in a traditional Berber nomad tent. Dinner will be served at the Camp where you will spend the night.

Day 6 : Merzouga – Er rissani – Alnif – Nkob – Agdz – Ouarzazate

After seeing the sunrise in the desert,  we go back on camels to Merzouga. After breakfast,  shower in the Hotel then start our journey to Ouarzazate. Through the Berber villages of the Atlas mountains (Alnif, Tazarine, Agdz, Draa valley ),  we arrive at Ouarzazate in the evening.

Day 7: Ouarzazate – High Atlas Mountains – Marrakesh

Depart early in the morning from Ouarzazate. After visiting the studios,  we will cross the High Atlas Mountains via the highest road pass in Morocco, Tizni Tichka 2260m which offer impressive views of valleys,  mountains and many Berber villages nearby.  Arriving at Marrakesh in the evening.

Day 8: Marrakesh – Day trip Ouzoud Waterfalls

Our today’s tour,  starts from Marrakesh in the morning to Ouzoud Waterfalls.  this site is located about 170 km from Marrakesh, northeast of the city.  You will discover the beautiful waterfalls which are 110M high, a beautiful landscape full of birds and monkeys. on the arrival, if you like you can negotiate the services of a local guide, to take walks or hikes at a height of 1068m. We will be back to Marrakesh in the evening.

Day 9: Day Trip from Marrakesh to Essaouira

on the 9th day of your 10 Days Morocco Tour from Marrakech, We will start our day trip,  from Marrakesh to Essaouira in the Morning.

The departure will be after breakfast, this city is situated on the Atlantic coast.  Essaouira has a steady year-round temperature in the C20’s, the incredible golden beach popular with windsurfers, Famous fresh grilled seafood is served at the port. In the medina, thuja wood carvers and silver craftwork under the old Portuguese ramparts,  guarding the city against the sea. One of the most charming walk-able Medina in all of Morocco.

Day 11: Airport Transfer to Marrakech Or Casablanca.
